Shipping Categories

Daisy Strings ships Australia wide using either Australia Post or courier depending on the destination. Daisy Strings will decide on the carrier without consultation, however, if you have a specific request please contact Daisy Strings to discuss your shipping preferences.

There are several shipping categories to choose from:

Standard Shipping: 3 – 9 working days depending on destination. Dispatch and packing time 1-2 working days after payment received and delivery by courier or Australia Post will take an additional 2-7 working days.

Express Shipping: 1 – 3 working days depending on destination. Not guaranteed next day delivery, however, may be possible to some locations. Extra charges are incurred with this service even when the free shipping threshold of $140 is reached. Not available on orders over $300, if you require express on bulk orders please contact us for a quote.

Local Pick-up: You are able to arrange pick up from our VIC location in Warragul. Please contact us for further details.

Local Delivery: Delivery is only available to postcodes 3820, 3821, 3818 and 3810. Deliveries will only be made on a Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 10am – 3pm. You will receive an email with confirmation details of delivery day and estimated time frame. Standard packing times still apply. Not all products are available for delivery, please confirm before ordering. (Deliveries to Melbourne Metro are have been suspended until further notice, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause).

We aim to post orders by 5pm the next business day after payment has been received. While we aim for the fastest possible turn around time, unforeseen circumstances sometimes arise that prevent us from doing so. Our standard packing and dispatch times is 1 – 3 working days from receiving payment.

The contact details you provide, including name, address, phone number and email address, may be supplied to the carrier for delivery purposes only. You may receive emails or text messages for the carrier regarding the delivery of your order. If you do not wish to receive these messages please state this on your order.
