When purchasing through the Daisy Strings website you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Privacy
All personal details collected will be used by Daisy Strings to process your order and improve your shopping experience with us. Your personal information will only be shared as required with shipping companies and by law. We will not share or sell your information to any other 3rd parties.

You may receive emails or text messages from the carrier regarding the delivery of your order. Please advise Daisy Strings if you do not wish this to happen.

Security
This website has a SSL certificate installed to provide security of your personal details when placing your order. Payments are made through PayPal which adds additional security as your credit card details are not stored on our server.

Pricing
We reserve the right to change our prices without any prior notification.

Shipping
Orders must be fully paid for using PayPal, credit card or Afterpay prior to shipping. Once full payment has been received the goods will be dispatched within 1-3 working days and delivery may take up to 7 working days.

All goods will be dispatched using Australia Post or Sendle and orders over $50 in value (value of products only) will include signature on delivery and tracking. A tracking number will be provided to customers who leave their email address. Standard orders under the value of $50 may be left at the delivery address if no one is available to accept delivery.

Daisy Strings are not responsible for any delays in shipping that are the fault of the carrier or incorrect addresses supplied to Daisy Strings.

Local Delivery is available only within the specified post codes and at the specified days and times.

Special offers of local delivery are offered from time to time. Please note the post code and time restrictions for these offers. Not all products are available for local delivery. You will be notified via email if any products ordered are not available for local delivery. Please contact us to confirm the products can be delivered.

We reserve the right to make changes to our website and terms and conditions at any time.

Promotions
We reserve the right to cancel all or any Daisy Strings promotions at any time without explanation.

Discrepancies
While we take the greatest care to delivery quality products as described and displayed on our website we do from time to time receive variances in dye lots from our  manufacturer. We carefully inspect products before dispatching to customers to closely match all dye colours, however, this is not always possible and we can not be held responsible for the variance of dye lots beyond our control.

While it is expected that all rolls and bolts of tulle, ribbon and crochet elastic banding is one continuous length, there may be joins in the  material on occasions. Daisy Strings hold no responsibility for this and does not guarantee one continuous length on any full roll or bolt purchased.

Returns & Refunds
Refunds or exchanges will only be given for faulty or not as described products. Buyer must inform Daisy Strings of any issues with products within 14 days of receiving order. Products must be returned to Daisy Strings for refund or exchange. Any refunds will be for product value only, excluding shipping.

Daisy Strings Craft Club

When joining the Daisy Strings Craft Club, you are agreeing to be contacted via your nominated email address for updates, special offers and promotional purposes.

To redeem your Daisy Strings Craft Club rewards it is the responsibility of the member to redeem the reward whether in the form of coupon code or other special instructions to redeem. Daisy Strings will not be held responsible for any rewards not claimed. Rewards can not be accumulated and used in one order.
